- The rent is inclusive of gas, electricity, hot water and all charges. (Heating extra off season)
- Please bring with you bed linen and towles.
- The let is from 5 pm on the Saturday of arrival until 10 am on the Saturday of departure.
- Visitors are asked to leave all properties clean and tidy and particularly to clear away all left-over food.
